All Images AI Automation via Rube MCP

Automate All Images AI operations through Composio's All Images AI toolkit via Rube MCP.

Toolkit docs: composio.dev/toolkits/all_images_ai

Prerequisites

  • Rube MCP must be connected (RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS available)
  • Active All Images AI connection via RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS with toolkit all_images_ai
  • Always call RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS first to get current tool schemas

Setup

Get Rube MCP: Add https://rube.app/mcp as an MCP server in your client configuration. No API keys needed — just add the endpoint and it works.

  1. Verify Rube MCP is available by confirming RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS responds
  2. Call RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS with toolkit all_images_ai
  3. If connection is not ACTIVE, follow the returned auth link to complete setup
  4. Confirm connection status shows ACTIVE before running any workflows

Tool Discovery

Always discover available tools before executing workflows:

RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "All Images AI operations", known_fields: ""}]
session: {generate_id: true}

This returns available tool slugs, input schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls.

Core Workflow Pattern

Step 1: Discover Available Tools

RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
queries: [{use_case: "your specific All Images AI task"}]
session: {id: "existing_session_id"}

Step 2: Check Connection

RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS
toolkits: ["all_images_ai"]
session_id: "your_session_id"

Step 3: Execute Tools

RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL
tools: [{
  tool_slug: "TOOL_SLUG_FROM_SEARCH",
  arguments: {/* schema-compliant args from search results */}
}]
memory: {}
session_id: "your_session_id"

Known Pitfalls

  • Always search first: Tool schemas change. Never hardcode tool slugs or arguments without calling RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS
  • Check connection: Verify RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS shows ACTIVE status before executing tools
  • Schema compliance: Use exact field names and types from the search results
  • Memory parameter: Always include memory in RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL calls, even if empty ({})
  • Session reuse: Reuse session IDs within a workflow. Generate new ones for new workflows
  • Pagination: Check responses for pagination tokens and continue fetching until complete

Overview

Automate all images-related AI tasks using Composio's All Images AI toolkit through Rube MCP. The workflow emphasizes discovering current tool schemas, establishing an ACTIVE all_images_ai connection, and executing tools with validated inputs. This approach stays in sync with evolving tool definitions to prevent drift.

How This Skill Works

Begin by discovering available tools with RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS to obtain current slugs and schemas. Then verify and activate a connection to the all_images_ai toolkit via RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS. Finally, execute the chosen tool with RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL, supplying the discovered slug, exact input fields, memory, and the session_id.

When to Use It

  • When you need to orchestrate batch image tasks by first discovering tools with RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS for up-to-date schemas.
  • When establishing or validating a live Rube MCP connection to the all_images_ai toolkit and ensuring it is ACTIVE.
  • When you want to run a specific image operation after retrieving its tool slug and input schema from the search results.
  • When performing bulk image operations in a single workflow and reusing session IDs, including a memory payload.
  • When tool schemas change and you must re-fetch schemas before execution to avoid hardcoding slugs or arguments.

Quick Start

  1. Step 1: Add the Rube MCP endpoint (https://rube.app/mcp) and verify RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS responds.
  2. Step 2: Call RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS with toolkits: ["all_images_ai"] and ensure the status becomes ACTIVE.
  3. Step 3: Discover a tool with RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS, then execute it with RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL using the discovered slug and memory payload.

Best Practices

  • Always call RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS first to get current tool schemas before any execution.
  • Check that RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS shows an ACTIVE status prior to running tools.
  • Use exact field names and types as defined in the tool's input schema from the search results.
  • Include a memory object in every RUBE_MULTI_EXECUTE_TOOL call, even if empty.
  • Reuse session IDs within a workflow and fetch pagination tokens if tool results are paginated.

Example Use Cases

  • Batch resize and format-convert a gallery of product images using the discovered tools.
  • Apply watermarks and automatic cropping across a marketing image batch.
  • Generate captions and alt text for accessibility across an image gallery.
  • Perform style-transfer or color-correction on a set of images in a single workflow.
  • Tag images with metadata and keyword hints using the All Images AI toolkit.
