You may submit skills, rules, and MCP configurations to the Machina directory. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Machina a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the directory and related services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators.
The Machina name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Machina. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitting user, subject to the license grant above.
The machina-cli tool is provided as-is. When you install skills or configurations via the CLI, you are responsible for reviewing the content before use. Machina does not guarantee that all directory content is safe, accurate, or suitable for your use case. Always review skills and configurations before applying them to your systems.
Machina is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You use content from the directory at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machina and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the service or any content obtained from the directory.
We employ reasonable measures to moderate content and maintain the security of the directory. Users can report content that violates these terms. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is reviewed before publication. If you discover a security vulnerability or malicious content, please report it immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Machina at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Machina operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Machina after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
